Living in the busy city do we really see the nature that surrounds us or know the secret places where our wildlife live? Join Claire Barnett from the RSPB for a gentle family walk. Let Claire take you on a journey to seek out areas in South Belfast that local wildlife call home. Discover some of the city’s smaller and more hidden residents, and why it is important to protect our green spaces for the future. The walk will offer lots of opportunities to stop, explore and chat about sustainable city green spaces. Even the smallest areas can host a plethora of beasties, so imagine what we could find in larger green space! The walk will start and finish at the Stranmillis Road entrance to Botanic Gardens.
